I return and update on the theme of environment and waste Sistri of the new computer system for checking the traceability of waste already dealt with the post of 29 March.
National legislation on waste management is contained in Law 296/06, Art. 1 Leg. January 16, 2008 No 4, Art. 2 paragraph 24 and the recent Act 102/09, Art. 14 bis and in Europe is under implementing the EU Directive 2008/98/EC.

E 'was published in the Official Gazette No. 161, July 13, 2010 the Ministry of Environment Decree 9 July 2010 which makes changes and additions to Decree 17 December 2009 which established the Sistri. The measure
been in force since July 14, 2010 October 1, 2010 and extending to the end of the unified operation of all parties responsible for Sistri.
The deadline for the withdrawal procedures of dispsitivi USB and the installation of black boxes has been extended to September 12, 2010.
